Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, expired, or incorrect product, contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund for the affected item(s).

How to Request a Refund

1. Email us at info@msbhaibhaienterprise.com with your order details
2. Include your name, phone number, order date, and a description of the issue
3. Send a photo of the damaged or incorrect item if possible
4. Our team will review and respond within 1 business day

Refund Methods

• Cash on Delivery orders: Refund provided as cash adjustment on your next order, or cash return if you visit our store
• Online payments (when available): Refund processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days

Items Not Eligible for Refund

• Products with no defect if the package was opened and used
• Perishable items reported after 24 hours of delivery
• Items ordered correctly but the customer changed their mind (contact us — we will try to help)

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order before it is dispatched by contacting us immediately. Once the order is out for delivery, cancellation may not be possible.
